How we use your enquiry details.

When you submit a form on this website, Dark Beacon Studios collects the details you choose to provide so we can respond to your enquiry.

What we collect

We may collect your email address, name, business name, message, submission time and campaign source information if you arrived from an advert or tracked link.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, understand what you are interested in and improve how our landing pages and campaigns perform.

Marketing

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically add you to a newsletter or general marketing list.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage potential business conversations. Unconverted enquiries should be removed after 12 months unless there is an active conversation or client relationship.
